Kenner again felt the revival of Care Bears must begin. In 1991, Kenner prodcued 7 new Care Bears. These bears were very different from the ones produced in 83'. They were more colorful and the designs on their tummies were detailed. They kept the names and kept close to their tummy insignia. But Proudheart was changed to a bear and a patriotic insignia. The actual idea of Care bears I think was lost, but the are still cute and cuddly.
