Kylie is one of the new Ghostbusters from the Extreme Ghostbusters series. This figure is a early Test Shot of Kylie. It has no markings and the waist stem that helps hold the backback onto the figure, is shorter. Also, the hole in the back of Kylie that that the backpack's fit into is different. Maybe the figure was changed to fit the backpack better? This Kylie figure is in unproduced colors. The reason the limbs are blue is probably because they were testing if they can produce them in blue, and see how the other painted on colors would work with it. This blue color is roughly the color of the produced figure. Test Shot's are used for testing molds and plastic. This process is usually the last step before the figure is slated for production. This means that the Test Shot's are usually identical to the produced figure, except the fact of different color plastics. But sometimes you will find the figure in prodcution colors.
