This is a Test Shot of the Gi-Joe Barracuda. This Test Shot is produced in non-production Crimson colors. Also for unknown reason because of Hasbro internal, it has stickers.     It has been brought to my attention by a fellow Joe collector that this piece may also have been part of the Sea Force project. This project which started in 1995, was scrapped. I was told that of the artwork that was drawn, one piece showed a Barricuda in a red and black color similar to this piece. It is a shame that this project was never completed, I would have collected them like mad. If anyone has more information, please e-mail me.
