Tonka & Bandai put there heads together to create the first true Gobots combiner. The Puzzler robot could be combined from six robots without any help from additional parts. The cars were well detailed, and their combination was superb. But Bandai & Tonka failed to make them posable or placed any effort in their individual transformations. There is also a problem that when combined, the joints of Puzzler was very loose, and even the arms could barely stay up raised. Nonetheless, this was the first combiner they had produced, and they learned quite a bit when they moved onto Monsterous.
