GoBots were very simple in design and this allowed a incredible amount of companies to produce them illegaly as knock-offs. Out of all the transfoming robots produced in the 80's, GoBots were the most faked. These fakes range to extremely well done and unrecognizable when compared to their originals to absolute crap. Some would just fall apart in your hands. Most of them have been copied from the Machine Robo version have stickers and details from the MR version.

    At times companies have made subtle changes to large changes in details or colors. Some companies produced the same knock off toy over and over, but placing them in different packages. I will try to list them as accurate as I can. Trying to bring some order to this chaos!
