This is a original Bandai Resin "Hardcopy" Prototype of Treds. This piece is hand constructed and hand painted. It was molded off a rough silicon mold which was created by the original sculpt. Only after this prototype and a few other prototypes were tweaked, changed and then approved... will the final steel molds be created for usage in mass production.
Other than the color being a dark green color, this piece has many differences between it and the production Treds. The details and design of the hands & cannon are different. The transformation is the same, while screws are in different places holding it together. The prototype is a bit taller and also lacks very subtle details which were added on later. The sticker design on his chest is a rough design and has a American Flag in regular and reverse on it. A hint of the white lightning bolt on the side shows it was being worked in the design already.
Not show is the original white box marked MR-1 probably because they never had numbers. It is interesting to speculate that the original unproduced Japanese version could have been in these dark colors.
