Bandai & Tonka started to create their Super GoBots as "normal" GoBots with robotic looking heads as they have done before. They also began to take regular sized GoBots and produce them as Supers. This can be seen in Leader-1 and Cy-Kill. They probably also based Spay-C and Wrongway on the original MR, but decided to have a more challenging transformation.     Staks was released at the same time in Japan as the other previous series, but Tonka planned him for 2nd Series. They also produced a set with a trailor so that he can haul around Gobots. Probably a idea spurred by Ultra Magnus from Transformers.
