This is the unproduced Bruiser Cruiser Vehicle! Pictured here is a hand painted resin hardcopy of the vehicle. This mock up model was probably displayed at Toy Fair. The Jail Jalopy actually got quite close to being produced. You can find a production sample pictured in the Kenner Catalog.
