This is the unproduced Jail Jalopy Vehicle! Pictured here is a hand painted resin hardcopy of the vehicle. This mock up model was probably displayed at Toy Fair. It is differnet from the one pictured in the Kenner Catalog from the way the front cab opens. This is what the finally product looks like. When the toy rolls forward, the back area rocks side to side causing which ever villian inside to go crazy. The cage open from a door.
