This cel looks fuzzy because of the scanner. This cel shows She-Ra with her arms extrended in The Laughing Swann Inn. The episode it is from is unknown to us. The most intriguing thing is that the copyright date is from Filmation 1997! I am uncertain to whether this means Filmation still exists or someone just repackaged it.
