These are quite unique. I have only heard of another C-3PO, R2-D2 and a Boba Fett! These were used to help animators on size, detail, and shapes of the characters' body when they were drawing them out. Only one of each character was given to a single animator we beleive. So how many out there and surviving is below single digits I bet. I'm not sure that IG-88 even appeared in the cartoon series of "Droids".
