This is a original concept that Kenner designed for the Silverhawks action figure packaging. It is done by hand with cutout figure artwork. The designer also placed a cellaphane cover over the front, allowing another concept of the package to be viewed. The small saturn type sticker was meant to be placed on the bubble to show the characters name. I'am unsure if this piece belongs with this concept. Another blue version of the sticker name plate is shown with the Quicksilver concept art. It is unknown why these concepts were never accepted.
