Tap-Out is a recolor of the original Cliffjumper! Based upon the 2002 reissue of Bumblebee and Cliffjumper as key chains, he was a huge hit at the show. Tap-Out came bagged with a card tech spec showing artwork on one side and his bio on the back. Tap-Out was only given to pre-registrants to the show, which would be around 1400. More were produced and were to be destroyed by Hasbro's orders, yet many were handed out at Botcon Europe to people who could not get the exclusive Rook because it did not ship in time.
