This Knock-off was probably based on Takara's Diaclone or Kronoform release of the watch, not the Autoceptor which came out later. These Quintel versions are one of many names for the knock-off watches. It is unknown if the Quintel is another form of Robotime, by the same company. Unlike the Takara Watches, these are all plastic. This is knock-off may have been re-tooled or be another watch from Takara. If Takara produced a Watch in this robot form, the words Takara are supposed to be on the chest plate. Quintel, Alien Robot seemed to be the manufactorer's choice. Quintel watches came in,

  • Red, and probably other colors.
