This prototype picture comes from Takara's own museum. It was pictured in the Headmaster Laserdisc set along with a few other toy prototypes from the Movie.     Galvatron is quite close to the production version. The colors are off and the cannon is clear. There is a prescense of another weapon in cannon mode which I have not seen before. Galvatron's gun is also close the production version.
