This is the unproduced ATB Megatron w/ Starscream! This piece is a recolor of Dreadwing & Smokescreen. This piece is quite cool and famous. A handful of examples were produced. The toy was later produced in Japan for Beast Wars Neo. I believe it had minor variations.
