This the Autobot Gunner Bluestreak! Bluestreak was issued only in 1984-1985. Bluestreak was one of the original Autobot Cars from the cartoon series. Bluestreak's mold was also used for Smokescreen and Prowl. Here is Bluestreak MISB in a American style box.

Variations: The toy of Bluestreak was only produced in silver. A Blue Bluestreak has never been located in a Transformers packaging and was only pictured in the 1984 catalog and the original box. These were original Diaclones used for picture purposes while Hasbro figured what colors they really wanted. Everything else is just altered memories. The Blue Bluestreak and a Black hooded Bluestreak was produced for the Diaclone series.
