This is the Decepticon Constructicon Combiner Devastator. He is somewhat common of all the giftsets released in North America. The set does contain all 6 Constructicons and the styrofoam only hold the robots, not the weapons. The back of the box also only has Devastator's tech spec, not the other Constructicons.
