This the Autobot Protectabot Fist Aid! Fist Aid was issued only in 1986-1987. Fist Aid was also offered in the Defensor Gift Set. Here is Fist Aid on a American style card.

Variations: Early versions have a metal chest place. Later edition ones have plastic chest plates.
