This is the Decepticon Seacon Combiner Piranacon. He is the rarest of North American Gift Sets and in my opinion, the coolest. The Seacon teams actually consists of 6 Seacons. This Gift Set only offers 5 seacons. Hasbro chose to leave out Nautialator. I guess size wise he just didn't fit. Or it might have been with costs and projected sale price.
