Battlestar Galatica began in 1978, shortly after Star Wars. The show was well watched, and starred a crew aboard the ship Galatica which is on the search to a new planet. Two series of 3 3/4" figures were created and a number of smaller ships that held 1" figures. The line finally died out in 1980 but still is a long lasting fandom and a possible future new movie. |
